The young founder runs a not-for-profit organization called "needlab.org" a group that tries to connect architectural design and the environment in a sustainable way to produce services that can enhance lifestyle.

They are using architecture designs and process to address climate change.

Her organization has impacted positively in the lives of thousands of people all around the world, building homes, and create opportunities for indigent residents.
